.... I am writing to let you know I will be moving out of the two storage facilities as of July 31, 2010. Rick and I have been pleased with service personnel and accessibility of the location. If we are in need of future storage Morgan will be our first choice.

We cleared everything out of the unit. We loved this unit and Morgan Storage, but no longer need to store things in a storage facility. If we need to again, we will definitely contact you. Storing our college daughter's dorm things close to her location really made the move-in and move-out experience do-able!

I would like to take a moment to thank you and your staff for both the service you provided to me and the professionalism in which you showed.

I brought my vehicle to Manchester where I have stored a vehicle for a couple of years.  You had an opening in Salem which is a lot easier access for me when retrieving the vehicle in the Spring.  It is easier getting a ride to the Salem facility.  Your staff brought the vehicle to Salem from Manchester for me.  

A couple of weeks later, I brought over a trickle charges which you put on the vehicle.

You took very good care of the vehicle and it was a very simple process on both the dropping off and picking up.

I will continue to use your facilities because of the treatment I received and your service.

Storing, usually involves more than leaving ones belongings in another place until you are ready to deal with them. There is more than likely an emotional attachment involved. Often these are items that won't fit into your downsized home and you are not ready to deal with them, or you need a temporary place for them while searching for a new dwelling. Consequently, storage is a part of an often painful and stressful time. Obviously Morgan Storage is aware of this and treats their customers with kindness and respect. What the Dialogue Church has been praying for and trusting God with for almost 2 years has finally arrived!  We are moving out of the Best Western Conference Room for our Worship Gathering and moving into our own permanent location in DOWNTOWN MANCHESTER!.  We are so excited and thankful to be making this move.  What this means is that we will not be renewing our rental spaces at Morgan Storage come September 12th. 

We at the Dialogue Church cannot thank all the folks at Morgan Storage enough for their service with a smile and personal attention that you have given us over the past 16 months.  Having to set up and break down the sound, lights and class rooms every Sunday has been a challenge and a committment for all the DC membes to say the least.  But, by the Grace of God, we have secured a building at 62 Lowell Street across from the Red Arrow Diner in downtown Manchester to call HOME.

Here is my feedback and experiences with Morgan Storage.  It was perfect from the beginning.  Two years ago I called up from West Palm Beach, and Tina assisted me in securing storage for the contents of my house that was being shipped up.  Tina set up the account over the phone with me, explained all the details and the hours of operations.  I had so many concerns and questions and had unknown issues that may have cropped up also, such as what happens if my belongings arrive after hours etc.  She assured me that Morgan Storage could meet all my needs and she was so right.  I had my household items at Morgan Storage for almost 24 months.  Starting with a 10 x 10 x 10, adding a 5 x 5 x 10, and then adding even another 5 x 5 x 10!!!!  I visited my things many times and the units were across from each other so my things could keep themselves company!  Nothing was ever a problem for Morgan Storage.  I always got a great big smile and was welcomed by my first name by Don and Tina, whom I had dealt with during my stay in Morgan Storage.   

Tina has made my storage needs and concerns easy.  I often see her assisting  other customers, and she is just great...she knows her job...she is so courteous and helpful.  Don always a smile, even when I asked him several times over many months...can we change my direct debit to another bank account???  It took me months to get all my salary, checking, banking completed and during those times, he smiled and said....not a problem!  I am only down the street and may need have some future storage needs. I have provided many people with your cards and praise your great services and hard work. I tell you I've been treated like family.

Just want to thank everyone for being so helpful. We moved from a huge 6 room apartment that had plenty of storage space into a very small 4 room saver for us. We had time to get settled and then get "stuff" slowly as needed and didn't have to deal with boxes and clutter all around the apartment. We've told family and friends to go to Morgan Self Storage if they ever need short or long term storage and we'll be back if we ever need it again. Renting storage space for a short period of time was a life saver!

I have been dealing with Rima Ayoub for a couple of weeks renting a storage unit for my car. I wanted to tell you that it has been a pleasure working with her. She has been very responsive, thorough and professional, and pleasant to work with. It is rare in today's world to have such an experience; most of us have come to expect less than we should. I run a customer service organization and dealing with people like Rima is rare.

I have told Rima, that because of her and the excellent service that she has provided, I will highly recommend Morgan Storage to anyone and everyone who asks. I wanted to make sure to let you know of my great experience and how unique Rima is.

We have finished with the portable storage unit…
 We loved it. I can't tell you enough how it made packing and moving so much easier than expected. We moved a couple of years ago and it was nowhere near as easy as this time around. Being able to move boxes into the unit as soon as they were packed and not have to move them straight into the house until we were ready was perfect.
 
Great idea. If I ever move again (though I am hoping to stay here forever), we will use your services again.

I just wanted to let you know how pleased I was using your portable storage unit. It made life a little less hectic and less stressful knowing I had more than one day to fill it as opposed to renting a moving van and having to be ready on the one particular day.

After going through a divorce and having to sell my house of 21 years, I wasn't’t sure where I was going to go. It was also summertime and I had planned several long weekends and a vacation that I refused to give up. The storage unit was delivered right to my house and left in the driveway for me to fill when it was weeks after my closing on my old house. All I had to do was call and tell you when the unit was full. I locked it up and you came and took it away. When I was ready to move into my new house, it only took one phone call to tell you where and what time to deliver the unit to and it was there, again, for as long as I needed to take to empty it and find a place for everything to go.
It worked out really well for me.

Dear Don: I wanted like to take a moment to thank you for all the assistance you and Morgan Self Storage gave during our recent move from Merrimack to Bedford. Although it was a short distance, the contents of our home had to be stored for 10 days before we could move into our larger home. The timely delivery and retrieval of the storage unit certainly helped get our belongings packed, stored and eventually moved into our new home. Living through this process was quite daunting but such a relief to have one less aspect to manage with your advice and that of your staff.

Not one piece of furniture or appliance was scratched or broken and the POD [portable storage unit] was placed perfectly in our driveway for unloading. We were done in less than 2 hours and the unit removed before day's end. Michael and I have spread the word... Morgan Self Storage... the only one to use!

Once again, thank you for helping move us to our new home... and all before I delivered my twins several days later!
