Love Morgan Self Storage! Helped my Cousin move from NC and we got there right at 5 pm. The wonderful employees stayed a little later after closing for us to get the unit set up and loaded as our Uhaul had to be returned today. Amazing people, seamless sign up, and outstanding service!!

I've been renting with Morgan for quite some time. I've always been impressed with the security in place, the cleanliness of the facility and the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. The woman at the front end now (sorry I can't remember your name--brain issues!) is great on the phone. That's the first thing that I notice when dealing with a business. If a business can't get that right, then I move on. Not so with her and Morgan. She gets things done in a pleasant and thorough manner. Kudos! I do wish that some sort of senior/disabled discount is offered. Many people who have storage needs are those who are living on fixed incomes (self). However, the prices are relatively competitive for today's market. The Manchester site needs to be more handicapped-friendly/accessible, from the entryway to the loading areas. Overall, I have stayed with Morgan for what it offers, as mentioned above. First impressions can make or break a business.
